## Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing may take a little longer ΓÇö we'll do our best to notify you of any significant delay.

## Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States only.

## Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us right away at thecollection@39greenvale.com and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships ΓÇö but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

## Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at thecollection@39greenvale.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll make it right.

For packages that are lost or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to us so we can look into it with the carrier. While we're happy to help investigate, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
